Quadblogging Aotearoa

We are very exctited, because our teacher signed us up for Quadblogging Aotearoa. We will be visiting other class blogs in New Zealand.

Our Quadblogging Buddies are:  Te Mata School (Havelock North), Mahora School (Hastings), Pinehill School, (Aukland).

A great start to a new Term

We've had a great start to Term 2 and already have been very busy with the publishing of our learning on our Student Blogs http://kidblog.org/Little-Giants2013/ .

Yesterday, we have been involved in our first Twitter kids chat for this Term.  That was really exciting!
After our chat, we got a big surprise in the form of an All Black visiting our school.  His name is Sam Cane and he was a student at Broadlands School many years ago!

We got our photo taken with him and even got his signature!
