Friday 29 October was Broadlands School's annual Grandparents' and Friends' Day. We had a special assembly and were proud to show off all our dancing skills and even got some of our Grandparents to join in doing Jump Jam with us. We also had the opportunity to share our learning with them. Another successful and enjoyable day at Broadlands School!

Vegetable Garden - 28 October
Each class has a raised planter which we had to build earlier this year.
On Thursday, we went outside to plant our vegetable seedlings.
We were showed that some of the seeds were in strips to make them easier to plant.
We dug holes and planted our seeds. We can't wait for our vegetables to grow!

We are beginning to develop this capability by using prior knowledge and questioning to extend our thinking. We work together in small groups to help ourselves and our teammates learn. Tasks within the group are shared equally by all group members and we feel proud and celebrate when a group member is recognized for their achievement.
